We know many of our magnets are for special occasions, so we work hard to process and ship within 2-3 business days. Most orders arrive quickly, but if you’re on a tight timeline, we recommend ordering early or upgrading shipping at checkout.

Unfortunately not. At this time, we only ship within the USA

Since every magnet is personalized, we don’t accept returns—but we always stand by our work. If your item arrives defective or there’s an error on our end, just reach out within 14 days and we’ll make it right. Your memories matter to us, and we want you to love your keepsake!
